Les  Immeubles Desmarais is a family owned company that began modestly in 1993 with the purchase of its first residential apartment buildings, and has since added commercial buildings to its portfolio.

Now, Immeubles Desmarais has a complete range of apartments, condominiums and townhouses in the Gatineau, Hull and Buckingham sectors of Gatineau.

Our company aims to satisfy every customer’s needs and to ensure their welfare, safety and comfort. To do so, we have at our employment more than a dozen employees who are committed to providing prompt, courteous and quality service to all our tenants.

All our apartments are delivered to our tenants in a very clean manner.  We have established an elaborate inspection system before handing over the keys to our units.
